- Any registered library patron is entitled to free use.
- Computers are available to patrons during established library hours.
- The usage time for computers with Internet access is 60 minutes per patron.
- Internet use is for educational and reference purposes only.
- The library does not provide personal e-mail support. It is possible to use a web-based one (gmail.com, mail.bg, abv.bg, etc.).
- Printing of materials (own or downloaded from the Internet) is possible after notifying the librarian on duty. The service is charged according to established prices!
- Not allowed:
- Downloading software, movies, music, etc. materials in violation of copyright;
- Modification of software on patron computers;
- Use of personal software and/or hardware products (exceptions are flash drives and headphones);
- Use of library-provided equipment for advertising, commercial, or political purposes.
Computers with Internet access may be used at all library branches, subject to these rules.
Violation of these rules is punishable by suspension of the right to use the equipment provided for a period of one to three months, depending on the violation.
