    Do we own a certain title by a certain author?
    – To get complete information about the searched title, it is necessary: - to visit the central building of the library or one of its branches on site; - to be contacted by phone; - to use the electronic catalog located on the library website

    Which works by an author do we own?
    - In order to obtain proper information about the sought-after works, you could: - to visit the central building of the library or one of its branches on site; - to be contacted by phone; - to use the electronic catalog located on the library website

    Can home books be overwritten by phone?
    - Every single reader could transcribe borrowed library materials over the phone. For this purpose, it is necessary to provide the library employee with at least one element of the following data: - the three names on the identity card; - EGN; - the individual barcode number on the reader card.

    Can books be requested through the library website?
    It is possible. For this purpose it is necessary: - to be a registered reader of the library; - have a librarian-made personal profile on the institution website

    What do I need to do to become a library reader?
    To become our regular reader, it is necessary: -to visit the central building of the library or one of its branches on site; - to provide the librarians on duty with certain information from your identity card, current address, telephone and e-mail address for contacts. - when preparing and receiving a reader's card, familiarize yourself in detail with your rights and obligations according to the Regulations of our institution.

    What are the library opening hours?
    In order to receive up-to-date information about our opening hours, it is necessary: - to visit the page working hours -to visit the central building or one of the available branches on site; - to call one of the phones in the loan services;

    Is the library open on Saturdays?
    On Saturdays, only the central building of the library is open. Working hours then are 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

    Is the library open on Sundays?
    RL "P. R. Slaveykov" is closed on Sundays.

    Is the library open with users on the last Thursday of the month?
    To get updated information about the last Thursdays of the month, you need: - to visit the calendar on the home page of the library site - to call one of the phones in the loan services; - to visit the central building or one of the branches on site;

    If books are taken home from one branch, can they be returned to another branch?
    Such practice is not accepted. As a rule, books should be returned to where they were taken. An exception is allowed every calendar year for the month of August, since during this period the central building of the library does not serve readers.
