The Eagle Foreign Language Center was established in 2002, with the help of the sister American library in Eagle, Colorado, to serve foreign language teachers and professors, foreign language students, elementary and high school students, and adult readers who are active users of foreign languages.
The Centre offers its readers textbooks from various publishers, tests and self-help materials for matriculation and foreign language entrance examinations. The main aim is to master their pronunciation, grammar, reading and vocabulary. It has scientific literature, dictionaries and journals. The collection also contains fiction, which is:
