The Buzludzha branch is located in the district of the same name in Veliko Tarnovo, at 8 Denjo Chokanov Street. It has two departments - an adult department and a children's department. The branch is the main book depository for fiction published after 1944 and for deposit literature from textbooks and teaching aids for schools before 1944. In addition, the collection of Braille books held by the library is also stored here. A reading room with Internet access for readers is attached to the adult section. The children's department, on the other hand, has a room for various games and activities for the teenagers.
In terms of periodicals, the Buzludzha Branch also holds some of the newspapers representing post-1944 regional periodicals on deposit and, in addition, a deposit of some of the Russian and foreign language magazines.
